The repo is effectively frozen — 69 episodes over ~6 years with the last substantive technical session in early 2024, and the most recent Bilibili links go dark for large stretches. The demo code is snapshot-in-time: pom.xml files pin ancient Spring Boot and Dubbo versions, so cloning and running anything requires nontrivial dependency surgery. Everything is Chinese-only, which is fine for the target audience but means zero accessibility for anyone else. There is no structured index, searchability, or written content — it is a flat list of Bilibili links plus a few PDFs, so extracting specific knowledge means watching hours of video.
