📚 Community-driven set of best practices for AngularJS application development

A community-maintained style guide for AngularJS (the pre-2.0, Angular.js framework) covering naming conventions, directory structure, and patterns for controllers, directives, services, and filters. Useful only if you're maintaining a legacy AngularJS codebase, not for anyone starting new work.

Concrete, opinionated naming conventions (lowerCamelCase for directives, UpperCamelCase for constructor-style services) with real code examples rather than vague advice. The controller-as section explains the reasoning against prototypal $scope inheritance, not just the rule. Wide community adoption shown by translations into 14 languages.

AngularJS itself hit end-of-life years ago and the repo's last commit is from 2019 — several recommendations (bindonce, ng-annotate, Protractor for e2e) point at tooling that's since been abandoned. It's a flat README with no versioning per AngularJS release, so guidance for 1.0 and 1.5+ is mixed together without clear markers. No linter config or tooling to actually enforce any of these rules, so it's documentation only.
