Simple editor for messing around.

A single-page HTML/CSS/JS editor built on an old CodeMirror fork, meant for quick throwaway experiments in the browser. It's mrdoob's personal scratchpad tool, not a maintained product, and it hasn't been touched since January 2021.

Genuinely tiny and dependency-free — no build step, no npm install, just open index.html. Uses AppCache for offline use and rawdeflate/rawinflate for compressing state into the URL, a clever trick for shareable one-off snippets without a backend.

Vendors an ancient copy of CodeMirror directly into js/ instead of using a package manager, so you get zero security or feature updates unless you replace it yourself. AppCache has been removed from every major browser (Chrome dropped it in 2020), so the offline story is already dead. No tests, no CI, no real docs beyond a two-line README — you're reading source to understand behavior.
