pulumi/examples
Infrastructure, containers, and serverless apps to AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes... all deployed with Pulumi
This is Pulumi's own example bank: 200+ small, self-contained infrastructure-as-code programs spanning AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes in TypeScript, Python, Go, C#, F#, and Java. It's for someone learning Pulumi or looking for a starting point to fork rather than someone wanting a production reference architecture.
Coverage is genuinely wide - the same task (Fargate, static site, EKS/AKS/GKE) is shown across nearly every supported language, so you can compare idioms directly. It's maintained by Pulumi themselves with a CI workflow (test-examples.yml) that runs pulumi preview against changed examples on every PR, so these don't rot into copy-paste code that no longer matches current provider APIs. Each folder is minimal and single-purpose, which makes it easy to grab exactly the one you need via sparse checkout instead of cloning the whole thing.
Nothing here is deep - most examples are 50-100 line hello-worlds (nginx on K8s, an S3 bucket, a Lambda that uppercases a string), so you won't find patterns for multi-stack setups, secrets rotation, or policy-as-code at any real scale. Coverage is uneven across languages: TypeScript gets the newest examples (Bedrock, LangServe, observability baselines) while Go and F# lag noticeably behind. It's a flat directory of 200+ folders with no versioning tied to Pulumi SDK releases, so you have to check each example's package.json/go.mod individually to know if it's using current provider versions or something a major version behind.
