Ephemeral conference rooms powered by Twilio and Google App Engine

A small Go service that turns a Twilio phone number into a dial-in conference line. Callers enter any conference ID and land in a room with hold music, and the rooms vanish when empty. It is aimed at anyone who wants a throwaway phone bridge on App Engine and doesn't want to run telephony infrastructure.

The Twilio conference handling lives in its own conf package with a test file, so the telephony logic can be read apart from the HTTP wiring. Leaning on Twilio's conference resource means there's no media server or SIP code to maintain. The README warns about per-minute charges before anything else, which is the right order for a paid phone service.

The project was last pushed in May 2017 and still uses GOPATH and `gcloud beta app deploy` instructions, so expect to rework the build and deployment before it runs on current App Engine. The setup puts the Twilio auth token directly into app.yaml, which invites committing a live secret to git; environment variables or Secret Manager would be the fix. Any caller who knows a conference ID can join that room, and the tree shows tests only for the Twilio and util packages, nothing for the HTTP handlers.
