Fireship video made with React

A Remotion project that builds a video for the Fireship channel out of React components, where each scene is a component rendered frame by frame. It is a useful read for anyone who wants to see how a finished, non-trivial Remotion video is structured, but it is a reference project rather than a library, so it is not something to add as a dependency.

The scenes are split into separate folders, so you can lift one out without untangling the rest. src/Video/DataDriven has frame-based timing with a speed-remapping helper, and Flipbook/Matrix4.tsx is a hand-written 4x4 matrix used inside the 3D flipbook scene, which shows the math done in-scene instead of pulled from a library. server.tsx and the Dockerfile cover the server-side render path that the README points to.

The README is still the stock Remotion template, so it does not say what the video is, how the scenes map to the final cut, or what to change to make your own. main.mp4 and several .mov/.mp4 clips are committed straight into git, which bloats clones and history; Git LFS would fix that. There are no tests, and the last push was in August 2025, over a year ago, so check the Remotion version in package.json before copying code, since its APIs change. The license note about company use is also a reminder that Remotion itself is not MIT, which matters if you carry any of this into commercial work.
