A personal knowledge base on product management, written in Chinese, covering product discovery, delivery, and strategy frameworks (KANO model, user journey maps, B2B/B2C analysis, etc). It's for people who want to read one person's structured notes and book summaries on PM theory, not developers looking for a tool or library.
The taxonomy is genuinely thorough — it breaks product work into discovery/delivery/operations with sub-frameworks at each level, and includes primary-source summaries of well-regarded Chinese PM books (Zhang Xiaoyong's WeChat philosophy, Wang Huiwen's Tsinghua course) rather than just restating generic Medium-post advice. GitBook structure makes it readable as a sequential book, not just a grab-bag of markdown files.
This is pure prose/notes with zero code — stars and forks reflect interest in the content, not any software being evaluated, so there's nothing to install, run, or depend on. Everything is Chinese-only with no translation, which cuts out most of a non-Chinese audience outright. Content is one person's opinionated synthesis with no citations beyond book/author names, so claims can't be checked against sources, and the CC BY-NC-ND license blocks any derivative use (can't excerpt, translate, or adapt it even non-commercially).
