A book, not a library. This repo is the full text of 'On Regular Investing' by Li Xiaolai — a personal finance book arguing that dollar-cost averaging into long-term assets is the only realistic path to wealth for ordinary people. Available in Chinese and English, with community translations in French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish.
The core argument is stated clearly and early: DCA reduces the cognitive and emotional load of investing to near zero, which is the actual problem most retail investors have. The multilingual translation effort is genuinely impressive — six languages with properly formatted Markdown, images, and PDFs. This is not a code repo — the 'Python' language tag comes from a few data visualization scripts in /data that generate price charts; there is nothing to install, run, or integrate. The appendices are essentially a long advertisement for BOX, a specific blockchain ETF product the author created and profits from, which is a significant conflict of interest that goes unacknowledged in the main text. The book was written in 2019 and the crypto-heavy framing (BOX as an exemplar investment) has aged poorly given what happened to crypto markets since then. Community translation quality is uneven and there is no review process visible in the repo.
