Curso iOS con SWIFT y SWIFTUI desde CERO

// the take

A beginner Swift/SwiftUI course in Spanish, packaged as an Xcode project with video-linked chapters and three small sample apps (a BMI calculator, a superhero lookup app hitting a public API, and a favorite-places app with MapKit and persistence). It's aimed squarely at people who have never programmed before, not at developers looking for production code to borrow from.

The progression is sensible for total beginners: variables and control flow first, then SwiftUI primitives (Text, Button, TextField, states) in isolation before combining them into real apps. Each concept gets its own small file (ButtonExample.swift, TextFieldExample.swift, etc.) so you can read the exact SwiftUI API in question without wading through a full app's state management. The three sample apps cover genuinely different skills - local state and basic layout (IMC), networking and list rendering (Superhero), and MapKit plus on-device persistence (FavPlaces) - so a learner gets breadth rather than three variations of the same todo app.

Everything is tied to a single ~9-hour YouTube video via timestamp links rather than documented in the repo itself, so the code without the video is mostly undocumented example files - there are no doc comments, no README walkthrough of the architecture, and no written explanation of why things are structured the way they are. It hasn't been touched since mid-2024 and has no CI, no tests, and no indication the SwiftUI/Swift version is kept current as Apple's APIs evolve. The code itself is intentionally non-idiomatic in places for teaching purposes (e.g. ApiNetwork.swift is a simple one-off networking call, not something resembling a real app's data layer), so it's not something to copy into production work. Support is routed through a Discord channel, which means any troubleshooting history is locked away from search engines and from this repo.

We read the README, the directory tree and a key source file in October 2026. Nobody pays to be listed. How we judge →
