前端技能汇总 Frontend Knowledge Structure

A Chinese-language frontend developer skills map maintained as a collaborative GitHub repo rather than a static image. It started as a machine-readable version of a circulated mind-map diagram and grew into a nested Markdown outline covering everything from browser engines to backend book recommendations. Primarily useful to Chinese-speaking developers early in their frontend career looking for a structured learning checklist.

The original idea is genuinely good: versioning a knowledge map in git means you can see how frontend tooling evolved over time through the commit history. The scope is honest and wide — it doesn't pretend CSS preprocessors and data structures are separate concerns. The D3-based visualization (fks_chart) turns the flat Markdown into an interactive tree, which is more useful than reading nested bullets.

The repo is effectively dead — last commit December 2023, and the content reads like 2016: CoffeeScript gets equal billing with TypeScript, Bower is listed as a module system, and IE6 through IE11 occupy prime real estate. Vite, Next.js, Bun, WebAssembly, and any modern build toolchain are absent. The book list links to Douban (a Chinese review site) rather than publisher pages, so most links need extra hops to actually find the material. There's no English equivalent maintained at the same quality level, making it inaccessible to non-Chinese readers despite the stars.
