A basic CLI for regularly updating your project's status

A tiny Bubble Tea TUI for logging dated progress notes per project into a local SQLite file, built as a personal CYA tool for when someone asks why you made a decision months ago. It's for a solo developer who wants a lightweight timestamped journal without standing up anything heavier like Notion or a wiki.

SQLite as the backing store means zero setup and trivial backup (just copy the file). The repo has actual test files for both the entry and project packages, plus separate CI workflows for build, coverage, and lint. Goreleaser and Dependabot configs show someone thought about distribution and dependency hygiene, not just a one-off script.

No commits since March 2024, so this is effectively abandoned. The README's own TODO list admits entries are held as a single concatenated string instead of a proper model, which means any filtering, sorting, or export feature (PDF/markdown export are also unchecked TODOs) requires a data model rewrite first. There's no documentation of the actual TUI keybindings or workflow beyond 'run it,' so you're reading tui.go to figure out how to use your own journal.
