An Agnostic, Complete Flux Architecture Framework
DeLorean.js is a lightweight, framework-agnostic implementation of the Flux pattern from the early React era, with built-in React bindings and claimed support for Flight.js and Ractive.js. It's for anyone studying how Flux worked before Redux ate its lunch, not for anyone shipping new code today.
At 5K gzipped it's genuinely tiny, and the Store/Dispatcher/Action Creator split maps cleanly onto the classic Flux diagram, which makes it a decent teaching artifact. The docs actually walk through each concept with runnable JSFiddle examples rather than just dumping an API reference. The 'rollback' feature for undoing store mutations is a small but real idea you don't see in most Flux clones.
Dead since 2020 — no commits, no issue triage, nothing. Bower is still a first-class install option, which tells you everything about how long this has been frozen. The Flux pattern itself lost to Redux and later hooks/Context years ago, so adopting this means inheriting a pattern the ecosystem already moved past, with none of Redux's tooling (devtools, middleware ecosystem, time-travel debugging). No TypeScript types anywhere, and the build is Grunt + Karma, both of which are themselves relics you'd need to replace before this would even run in a modern CI pipeline.
