For Windows Azure Advent Calendar 2013, Dec. 3

A single-day sample project for the 2013 Windows Azure Advent Calendar, pairing a Django to-do app with the old .ccproj/.cscfg scaffolding for deploying Python on Azure Cloud Services. It's a decade-plus-old demo, not a library or tool anyone would adopt.

- Shows the actual Visual Studio + Python Tools for Visual Studio (PTVS) project layout needed to deploy Django to Azure Cloud Services circa 2013, which is otherwise hard to find documented anywhere

- The Django app itself (ToDo app with models/views/templates) is small enough to read end to end in a few minutes

- Targets Azure Cloud Services (web/worker roles) and Python 2.7, both long dead — Cloud Services classic was retired and nothing here runs on current Azure without a full rewrite

- The repo committed its PTVS virtualenv wholesale, including hundreds of .idb analysis cache files under env/.ptvs — that's IDE scratch data checked into source control, not something to learn from

- Zero stars, zero forks, no commits since the single initial push in 2013 — this was never maintained past the one advent-calendar post it was written for

- No README beyond the one-line description, so there's no context for what the advent calendar post actually explained or what's novel about the setup
