// the take
A grab-bag of Alfred (macOS launcher) workflows the author built for personal use — GitHub repo jumping, file/content search, WiFi toggling, Dropbox upload, and a dozen other small utilities, some in Go using the AwGo library, others plain Alfred blocks. It's for Alfred power users mining ideas or snippets, not for anyone wanting a packaged tool.
The GitHub Jump augmentation (direct access to 7,300+ starred repos with modifiers for issues/PRs/clone) is a genuinely clever productivity trick. Using Go + AwGo for the heavier workflows instead of shell/Python scripting is a reasonable, more maintainable choice than most Alfred workflows take. Splitting everything into small, single-purpose workflows means you can take the one you want without buying into a monolith.
The author says outright that the personal workflows 'will most certainly not work on your systems unless you change many things' — this is source to read, not software to install. No CI, no releases, no versioning on the Go workflows; building requires manually running `alfred link` and `alfred build` per workflow. Last pushed January 2024, so compatibility with current macOS/Alfred versions and the half-dozen linked third-party tools (Focus, Dropbox, MindNode) is unverified. The macOS Gatekeeper permission problem for the compiled Go binaries isn't solved, just pointed at an external wiki page — expect friction getting these to actually run.
