Mini React Training Course

Ryan Florence's training material from when he taught React at Instructure. It has six markdown lessons and four small example apps covering a form, a content toggler, a dialog, and Flux-style communication between components. It suits developers learning React's component model and data flow for the first time, but it was last pushed in November 2016 and predates hooks and most current tooling.

- Each example is a self-contained folder with its own index.html, so you can open the dialog or the form on its own without running the rest of the set.

- SidewaysCommunication puts the Flux pieces in separate files (AssignmentActions.js, AssignmentStore.js, AssignmentForm.js), so the data flow shows up in the file layout and not only in the prose.

- ContentToggler is the one example with a browser test runner (test-runner.html and tests.js). That is more than most training repos ship, and it gives the testing lesson something concrete to point at.

- Last pushed in November 2016, so the patterns predate hooks and the current build and state tooling. Treat it as a record of how React was taught then, and translate the component and state code before reusing any of it.

- Only ContentToggler has tests. The other three examples have nothing to run, so there is no way to check that they still behave correctly with a current React.

- gunnlod.js sits at the repo root with no mention in the README and no obvious connection to the lessons.

- It is a companion to lessons/*.md, not a standalone course. Someone who skips the markdown gets the code without the reasoning behind the patterns.
