Learn Swift interactively on your iPhone.

Unwrap is the open-source iOS app behind Paul Hudson's free Swift course, with close to 100 video lessons, a review after each one, practice exercises, and daily challenges. It is aimed at people learning Swift on their phone. The code is MIT-licensed but the assets are not redistributable, so treat it as a reference for how a real app is structured rather than something to fork and ship.

- The practice exercises are driven by JSON (PredictTheOutput.json, SpotTheError.json, TapToCode.json, RearrangeTheLines.json, FreeCoding.json), so adding content is mostly data entry rather than new view controllers.

- Each area (Learn, Practice, News, Challenges) gets its own folder with a coordinator and a data source, so the navigation and data code for a screen is easy to find.

- CONTRIBUTING.md and the in-code documentation explain how the pieces fit, and the README's contribution ladder, from typo fixes up to tests, gives a newcomer a clear way in.

- The README still targets Xcode 10.2, Swift 5.0 and iOS 12.0, and nothing in it says whether the project has moved past that. It may need migration work before it builds cleanly on current tooling.

- CocoaPods are checked in, so the README says the project builds right after cloning, but every dependency update becomes a diff of third-party code.

- The UI is split between Main.storyboard and code-built screens, which the README itself calls a problem. Anyone working on a screen has to understand both.

- The README keeps asking for more tests, which suggests coverage is thin. The assets are not redistributable, so a fork also loses the lesson art and icons: you get the engineering without the course.
