:book:【译】UCB CS61a SICP Python
A Chinese translation of the UC Berkeley CS61A online textbook, which teaches programming through Python's functions, data abstraction, and object-oriented style. The repo holds the Markdown source and diagrams behind the GitBook edition, so it suits Chinese-reading learners or anyone rebuilding the book in another format.
The environment-model diagrams, which the book depends on, are checked into img/, so the source is self-contained rather than hotlinking images. The text is split into one Markdown file per section (1.1.md through 3.6.md), which keeps diffs and section-level corrections manageable. The numbering follows the English original, so a reader can cross-reference the two chapter by chapter. The README links to GitBook builds in HTML, PDF, EPUB and MOBI, which covers the common reading devices.
The README is entirely in Chinese and never says which revision of the English text was translated, so there is no way to tell whether this tracks later upstream changes. The last push was July 2023. The license is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, which forbids commercial use and requires share-alike, so paid courses or product docs built on it are out. The examples in the prose are never run from this repo, so nothing checks that they still work on a current Python 3.
