BAT程序员自己的简历模板分享出来了 。技术简历追求简单明了,避免没有必要的花哨修饰,大家可以fork到自己仓库中,基于这个模板进行修改。

A single-file Markdown resume template from a Chinese FAANG-equivalent (BAT) engineer, meant as a no-frills starting point for technical job applications. It's a skeleton with placeholder text — name, education, skills, projects — and nothing else. The audience is Chinese developers applying at large tech companies who want a clean, unformatted starting point.

- The structure is sensible: personal info, work history, skills, projects, awards — the order matches what Chinese tech recruiters actually scan for

- No LaTeX, no CSS, no build step — it's a plain .md file anyone can fork and edit in any editor immediately

- The project section format (company, what you built, what tech, what result, demo link) gives junior developers a concrete prompt for how to describe their work rather than a blank box

- The repo is literally one Markdown file and a JPEG — there is nothing here that couldn't be written from scratch in five minutes; the forks-to-stars ratio (2:1) suggests people are treating it as a template host, not actually learning from it

- The README ends with a pitch for a paid resume tool (kamacoder.com) with a 'free one export' hook — the repo exists partly as a marketing funnel

- No rendered preview, no PDF export instructions, no guidance on what actually gets you past ATS screening — just placeholder text that you replace entirely

- Completely China-market specific: the layout and conventions (two-column personal info, WeChat-style spacing hacks using  ) don't translate to Western job markets at all
