Materials for our Pluralsight course: Angular NgRx: Getting Started: http://bit.ly/AngularNgRx.

Companion code for the Pluralsight course Angular NgRx: Getting Started, laid out as six snapshot projects (APM-Demo0 to APM-Demo5) of a small product-list app. It suits developers learning NgRx on top of Angular, but it is not a reference for starting a new app today.

Each demo is a full checkout at the end of one lesson, so diffing APM-Demo1 against Demo2, or Demo3 against Demo4, shows exactly what each NgRx concept added. State is split per feature (products/state and user/state each hold their own actions and reducers), which matches the feature-folder layout the NgRx style guide suggests. Demo3 moves HTTP calls into product.effects.ts, which is the clearest place in the repo to see side effects separated from reducers. The README also says plainly where the sequence is incomplete instead of hiding it.

The last push was July 2023 and the code is pinned to Angular 9 and NgRx 9 from 2020, so it predates standalone components and the createFeature and createActionGroup APIs. Expect to port it before reusing any of it. Every demo is a full copy of the project with nothing shared, so a bug fix or dependency bump has to be made in each folder by hand. The e2e folders use Protractor, which Angular deprecated in version 12. Demo3 ships with create, update and delete deliberately broken until Demo4, so anyone who starts from that folder gets a half-working app.
